Harold Paul, Kāhu Contracting’s Director, is a Certifying Drainlayer by trade. He lives in Porirua with his wife, children, and demanding family cat.

He has over 20 years experience in drainage and excavation, from small-scale repair jobs to large-scale subdivisions, and a strong track record in the successful delivery of projects. Recently he been working to prepare the city for forecasted major storms.

Harold has strong relationships with many local companies and suppliers, and is often called in by bigger outfits to assist. These relationships, as well as those with Council and Wellington Water, contribute to his overall effectiveness.

In addition to this mahi Harold also has an increasing interest in importing, aiming to travel to China at least twice a year. He also enjoys diving, kickboxing, softball, and hanging with friends and whānau. His fishing ability is improving, but still marginal.
